The winter season of 2009/2010 saw many of our competitors running out of rock salt for spreading, which led to many of their unfortunate customers being left snow and ice bound – however this was not a problem for our customers, who experienced an uninterrupted, full gritting service – on time – every time!

We have been keeping the whole nation moving for over 50 years - thanks to our nationwide network of 50 depots. We provide quality coverage throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and always ensure that we have salt reserves large enough to cope with every eventuality that Mother Nature has to offer.

Daily Weather Watch

Our fully comprehensive service is very cost effective, and includes the daily monitoring of long-range weather forecasts via our agreement with the Met Office, supply and spreading of rock salt and snow clearance to every size of customer – whatever their requirements.
